In one short sentence, coaching can be described as “professional support for life-change.”

If a short definition is not enough for you, you can think of coaching as a relationship that helps you fill the gap between where you are now and where you want to be, in your life and/or your work.

My Coaching Philosophy

As a Co-Active Coach, I believe that my clients are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole, and are entirely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they are facing in their lives. My job is not to advise or instruct them, but to ask powerful questions, to listen with all my attention, and to challenge them to step out of their comfort zones.

I believe that happiness and fulfillment come from living life in alignment with our deepest values. As a coach, this is what I help you do. I help you identify and discover who you truly are, what your deepest values, passions, and goals are. And then, I work with you so that you can design your life around these foundations of your being. Because once you experience what it is like to be true to yourself, there is no other way that seems meaningful enough to live. This process takes time, effort, and courage. But I promise you, it is every bit worth it.
